Input Sales/Cost of LOGISTICS jobs

Issue VAT invoice to HQ, debit note and SoA of payment on behalf and AR.

Prepare daily payments to vendors/ and create ebanking payment slip

Prepare payment request for monthly office and management expense.

Prepare and running monthly prepaid/accrual transaction.

In charge of reconciliation of cash & bank reconciliation with bank statement online

Monthly VAT,CIT,PIT, withholding tax

Other jobs assigned by superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Finance and Accounting and/or above
English communication/ Chinese is plus
Knowledge of international accounting System, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
Must have knowledge of general accounting procedures
Should know about the relevant computer applications
Must be organized and pay attention to detail and accuracy
Must have good communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to work with teams

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiry and complaints and provide solutions
  • Set up of SOP with other departments and various service partners to improve the delivery of quality customer services
  • Maintain VIP customers
  • Liaise with other Departments and oversea agents

Requirements:

  1. Good command of written, spoken English, knowledge of Vietnamese is preferable
  2. Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Access, Outlook, Word
  3. Strong passion, responsible, attention to details, able to work under pressure
  4. Willing to learn, good problem-solving skill, good team player and excellent interpersonal skill
  5. At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the freight forwarding/ logistics field

Sales & Marketing Executive : Hochiminh City/ Danang/ Haiphong

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for day-to-day operation, including business negotiation, quotation.
  • Produce and Manage tools of online media.
  • Manage the internal team and achieve the corporate objectives.
  • Conduct business analysis of customer contribution and market information.
  • Manage communication between project sales, customer, and overseas agents, offices.
  • Report to senior management on a regular basis and contribute to corporate decisions.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements 

  • University Graduation.
  • At least 2-3 years solid experience in business, sales & marketing
  • Organized, responsible and good time management skill
  • Able to work independently and is a quick learner
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, detail-minded, able to work under pressure
  • Familiar with Indo-China or South East Asia is an essential
  • Familiar with MS Office including Excel, Access, Outlook, Word
  • Good command of both spoken & written Chinese, Mandarin and English
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good team player and positive personality
  • Chinese speaking is preferred
